The notarial public auction is organised under the authority of the notary. It offers complete transparency and maximum legal security for both sellers and buyers.
Since 2020, bidding takes place primarily on the Biddit platform, enabling online participation from anywhere in Belgium.

The property is listed on Biddit and partner sites. Viewings are arranged before the auction date.
Bids are opened online via Biddit. The notary awards the property to the highest bidder. The award is immediate with no withdrawal period.
Our office drafts and authenticates the deed of sale within the period specified in the terms of sale (generally 6 weeks).
